Hi Welcome to my Blog. My name is Dan Standeven and I am a Real Estate enthusiast and investor who has a passion for all things Real Estate. I have recently decided to Blog about my experiences and share as much information as i possibly can.

I am also SQL Server programmer who has been building billing systems for the past 5 years in Calgary Alberta Canada. This is really my first crack at anything involving PHP and Linux so bare with me as i configure and setup my blog.

Please feel free to leave any comments and suggestions as i will be tweaking and adding constantly.
