20/20 Properties

If you are looking for a great way to invest in Real Estate while taking some of the hassle out of the process. A company called 20/20 properties has developed a system which provides virtually hassle free real estate investing. In Canada mostly, with recent expansion into the United States 20/20 properties seeks out apartment and condominium conversion projects for its investor group. The great thing about this group is that 20/20 takes a great deal of the work out of the process. They handle all the legalities, real estate issues and all other transactions related to the property. Even further after you purchase your newly converted unit, 20/20’s Signature Service management program allows for a property management company to manage the tasks of a typical landlord. All of the worries about collecting rent and screening tenants are taken care by the 20/20’s property management team. I haven’t personally invested in properties with this company but I do know multiple people who have. All of them have expressed extreme pleasure in their dealings with 20/20 properties and all have expressed interest in doing further business with them.

I’ve got a friend who bought a property with these guys. He said that the process is very easy but, depending on how much money you put down, the cash flow is a bit low. I guess that’s the same for any rental.
