I wrote an article a couple months ago called What is House Flipping? and was surprised at the amount of viewers that read it and how often it was picked up for publishing. I was thinking about why this particular article has received more recognition than any of my other ones. I hadn’t put more time into writing it or don’t think it was any better or worse than some of the other articles I wrote, so why? After going back and re-reading it, I noticed that I had put a small personal touch into this article more so than the others. I don’t know if this is why it garnered more recognition, but it hopefully makes my point. It made me think how important it is to personalize and be informative at the same time. Now that I have incorporated a blog with what I publish I am trying to make my blog informative as well as write about some of my personal experiences. I know that this is primarily a Real Estate blog but I have and will continue to write about all aspects of life and things that interest me. I have read a lot of blogs and I always can tell when someone cares about what they talk about. It is so much easier to read and connect with someone if you believe in what they do and say is genuine.
