					<description>Although I can't imagine that the boom will last forever, what I'm hoping will happen is that the prices settle out for a while without a major decrease.</description>

					<description>You never know what is going to happen in the market. but I don't think the housing prices in Calgary specifically will go down.  I think over the past 5 years the prices have actually caught up to the housing prices in the other major cities in Canada</description>

					<description>As a &lt;a href="http://westtorontorealtor.com" rel="nofollow"&gt;West Toronto Realtor&lt;/a&gt; I ´m observing the situation on Canadian real estate market and according to the experts rising prices and slightly higher mortgage rates are expected to soften the demand for new homes in 2008. I have to say, that in Toronto the market is not so hot as in Calgary, Vancouver and so on, but prices were risen dramatically in past two years. 

Personally, I hope, that property values will remain stable and the real estate market will continue to show strong growth.</description>
