Hi, my bank account and credit card are both from the same bank and I have just got a credit card refund. How do I go about transfering this refund to my bank account? Thanks.
Contact the credit card division of your bank. They may or may not do a transfer to the bank account, but they should cut you a check for the amount of the refund, assuming you had no balance on your CC. If you carry a balance, the refund will just come of the CC balance.

When, I am at a gas station or at a restaraunt, I sometimes get charged with service fee for using a card. Do they charge a service fee on credit cards or debit cards?
For a retailer to charge you a service fee on a credit card is against Visa/MC rules. For a PIN based debit card transaction they may, but it's very rare nowadays. Most likely what you are seeing is debit fees assessed by your bank. It used to be very common for a bank to charge for debit Card Transactions, not as much now. I suggest if the fee is coming from your bank, either ask them to put you in another program or find a new bank.

Can the credit card company raise the interest rate on a closed account?
If I close my credit card account (but still have a balance). Then miss a payment or am late making a payment. Can the credit card company raise the interest rate?
I have never heard of that. But, here's the thing. Obama signed a new Credit Card Act, which goes into effect today (Thursday). This act is changing everything about the way credit card companies do business, and how they are allowed to raise rates and stuff like that.
I would look into the new laws, becuase I know for a fact that if you have a fixed rate your creditor cannot raise your rates without giving you 45 days notice and giving you other options.
